If I bought a handful of books, either used or from a publisher like AK, to donate to a free community library, what would you guys recommend?

I'm definitely getting Anarchy Works, so that'll cover the theory. Also thinking Steal This Book but a similar one may also work. Maybe A Better Dinner Is Possible. After that though, I want accessible books on workplace organizing and lawn gardening/permaculture, and maybe a radical maker/repair guide

Suggestions appreciated!

Is there a more up-to-date equivalent of Steal This Book? I haven't read it myself, and while all the resources in it sound incredible, it also seems like a lot are out of date. I don't want to give people shoplifting advice that'll get them caught

Oh right, there's always Recipes for Disaster. I think that's what I'll go with unless anyone has any better ideas

Alright, I'm planning on ordering today. The reading list is now:

Anarchy Works
Recipes for Disaster
Green Wizardry
and whichever of the pamphlets/zines @scottishwobbly recommended that I think sounds best

If anyone present objects to these books being purchased, speak now or forever hold your peace

@socalledunitedstates i'm actually finding it really hard to think of any books, altho the wobbly site and solfed have plenty pamphlets? or activedistribution have pamphlets and zines, as do crimethincc

activedistributionshop.org/sho

activedistributionshop.org/sho

store.crimethinc.com/x/books.h

solfed.org.uk/ffo (this is the one I'd recommend above all)

solfed.org.uk/pamphlets

hopefully this has been helpful :ancomheart: :mais_tjrs_le_poing_leve:
