Since I am going to be transitioning to a leadership position at work soon, one of the biggest things I've realized that makes good leaders is humility.
Until you are able to refrain from talking about yourself like you're the shit, you aren't going to be able to lead without it becoming a power trip and elevating yourself as if you are better than everyone else. None of us are any better than someone else, we are merely stronger and weaker in different places.
