i have no idea what to do with this so pls just tell me which command will make it reboot to windows...
nevermind. just forcing it to turn off seems to have worked

@ijyx you could try the following commands:
sudo reboot
sudo halt --reboot (or -r)
sudo shutdown --reboot (or -r) now
