the wool arrived. it smells like sheep! idk why i didn't expect that, but i like it. I've always really enjoyed the smell of sheep and goats. unfortunately the drop spindle isn't going to come until tomorrow or the day after, so right now the fiber is just sitting on my shelf looking pretty. i did take some samples from each, and I'm planning on keeping records of everything i spin. we'll see how long until that falls apart lmao
@saltqueer Now may be a good time to card the fleece, I hear this takes awhile....
