Thoughts on shaming poor people for not eating vegan
Okay it's time to throw myself in the fuckin' fire pit with this one because it's been on my brain for a long time and I gotta get it out
It'd be nice if going vegan were easy for everyone. For a lot of people, it seems easy, and not that much more expensive than fast food!
And it's true! It's technically not more expensive to eat vegan! But you know what that argument ignores?
Food deserts.

If anybody wants a recipe* I'll attempt one..
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
mix and sit for 5-20 minutes until foamy
2 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
salt
1) mix all stuff and the foamy yeast water
pro tip- mix it with a fork until you can't anymore to minimise mess
2) when it feels like dough chuck it in a bowl, cover it with a tea towel and leave it half hour. apparently it's supposed to double but mine didn't get anywhere near that and tasted alright to me
3) put some flour on something flat and roll the dough into something pizza-shaped.
pro tip- do it on some tin foil or baking paper or something just in case it sticks even though you put at least half a kilo of flour on the tray
4) put some pizza stuff on it. i'm not the pizza cops you know how pizza works.
5) put the oven on 250C/gas 10 and put it in for like 10-20 minutes you know how to cook a pizza
* please note I did not measure anything whatsoever and I'm pretty sure I ended up adding a lot more flour
