Here's a link to a cracked app download with free premium (android only):

If your phone says it's "corrupted," uninstall your existing spotify app and try again

And on desktop, uBlock Origin (among others) will skip all the ads as long as you're using the browser version at rather than the desktop app

@socalledunitedstates Do the artists still get the money for the listen tho?

@Nelu69 You mean the record companies?

I think it convinces the spotify servers that you do actually have premium, then does everything else legitimately. Most of the app is exactly the same. So it probably does affect the metrics and royalties, yeah

@socalledunitedstates @Nelu69 I think that the way those apps work is that they have both spotify with an adblock app installed together so that you can just skip the ads. That's why ublock works in browser with the same function because it basically skips the ads. There is also a desktop version for spotify if you are in a pc and don't want to hear ads

@return_0 @Nelu69 No. It has all of the premium features, not just skipping ads. And I talked about ublock in the original post.

@Nelu69 @socalledunitedstates we still don't get paid either way. if you buy your most listened to tracks on bandcamp, you'll be giving them way more money

i had 219 listens over the past year and that pays out at $0.44 usd according to my distributor

@socalledunitedstates I didn't know that uBlock worked on spotify ads thanks, gonna try that.

@socalledunitedstates i don't stream anymore, but a cool trick i used is to use the chrome desktop app version of spotify, so the ads are blocked with ublock, but it's also it's own pseudo-program lol

@socalledunitedstates Does anyone know how easily someone (namely law enforcement) could find out you're using this?
