I’ve been running mailinabox.email/ on Linode for years, and it’s been very reliable.

I haven’t had any issues with deliverability, and downtime has been insignificant (reboots to apply updates, nothing that interrupts mail delivery).

It requires a little admin, and you have to follow the directions to set it up right, but the docs are good.
