What would a #solarpunk #RPG look like?

@zatnosk Maybe not quite solarpunk, but I keep returning to this idea of something along the lines of "steampunk without fossil fuels" or "solarpunk without electricity". Or you could call it "sustainable steampunk". I tried to find a simulation game along those lines but the closest I came was various combinations of Factorio mods.
@zatnosk If I had the spare time and enough interest I'd figure out how to eliminate coal & oil from Factorio, add recycling, and significantly reduce the amount of other resources so that the only way to win would be to become completely self-sustaining.

Earlier today I was thinking that solarpunk and zombie stuff probably fit neatly together, but that's a very specific type of game and maybe (probably) not what you were going for.
There's a game called Ten Candles that apparently involves losing parts of your character sheet and such as you play. I could see a solarpunk version working in reverse, building up the mechanics for character traits that will help the game go smoother.
