@bananaguardian if I had it all to do over again I'd buy an ender 3. Great resolution for an under 200 dollar printer (150-185 ebay). The community behind it has printing profiles for minis worked out so you would already be printing top quality right out of the box.

@bananaguardian do it! the price to own a very functional printer has never been so low. Also so many minis for like 10 cents each (energy and supply cost added together)

That has been my angst this whole time. Im more fortunate than many, so I feel guilt thinking this way. Im a bit odd and have always felt like people were trying to sand off my weird angles to fit something. The fit is my role. Remove the person be the job.
