Imagine how pissed off or disappointed you'd be if you were one of the people who helped build these houses. If you put up the roof, or the framing, or the windows, painted the trim, installed the flooring, the ventilation. You already aren't getting paid the full value of your labor, and on top of that everything you did some rich fucks just decided it wasn't worth actually letting people live there.
