@powersource don't trip on the word "borders" here, we are not saying that _creatures from another watershed are not welcome here_, we're saying
"If any kind of administrative / logistical division might be made, the water basins are the closest thing to bioregions that we can use to make decisions about regional policies".
And I will argue that yes, we do need to address jungle problems and desert problems differently :P
