@hazelnot @robinhood I once gave an interviewee a little Excel skills test. Literally did not care that she didn't know how to do a task - I watched her click into a couple of menus looking for a likely option. Hired. If her instinct was to reason out a solution rather than flail about, we could teach her anything.
