@EarthStrikeInt This statement "they stopped as soon as the mayor asked them to appear in control" doesn't match with what I've heard. Have you a source?
I also disagree that their goal wasn't to disrupt infrastructure -- that was how they get the attention, so of course it's a goal just not in and of itself -- and jamming the custody suites with arrests is also disrupting infrastructure, possibly more so than blocking roads.
