PSA: If you're doing research but don't have access to a university library, you should definitely *not* use a website to pirate a large amount of journal articles. That would be illegal and wrong. I post this link so you can bear witness to this unlawful activity. mg.scihub.ltd/

@DissidentKitty i cant believe anyone would make such a website. i better keep tabs on it

@DissidentKitty we will need to monitor this link and take record of what it has for safety purposes.

@DissidentKitty I *hate* this resource and would absolutely never use it for any of my research papers..

@DissidentKitty but in all seriousness, my school's library is pathetic, yet they still expect us to make well researched paper.. Yaokay

@DissidentKitty pro-tip for independent researchers: e-mail the authors and kindly ask for a pre-print version of the article.

Many (most?) journals allow "scholarly sharing" and researchers tend to appreciate it when others take interest in their work.

@metnix @DissidentKitty
The "request a pre-print" route would be the best way to obtain papers like these for actual use. The earstwhile researcher whose primary object is piracy would do well to use a Swiss VPN and a secure browser to avoid inconvenient inquiries, naturally 😂

@DissidentKitty I definitely would never use this document for any high school research papers that I have to write because my high school no longer provides access to resources such as JSTOR outside of school property.
